Step 1: Install YARPP plugin and go to admin console.

Enter the number of posts to be displayed (by default 5). You can also customize the styling and heading of related posts by using the options available.
Step 2: Display excerpt along with the article link.

Post Excerpt is a piece of content and just can be treated as a teaser. Enter no of words to display and also sort the order of results using the options.

My solution for this is Zemanta. Not only does it find relevant articles, but it also finds relevant links, pictures and tags.
From the begining I am using Yet Another Related Posts plugin. it is a very handy plugin to show related posts
